Das Jarn hat seinen Namen von einem alten Wort für Eisen, eine passende Bezeichnung für eine Klinge, die auf Robustheit und Alltagstauglichkeit ausgelegt ist. Inspiriert von der rauen Landschaft des Nordens und langen Jahreszeiten harter Arbeit, wurde das Jarn als Universalmesser entwickelt, das sich im Freien genauso natürlich anfühlt wie in der Werkstatt oder unterwegs.
Eine robuste Klinge verleiht dem Jarn die Kraft, Holz, Seile, Verpackungen und andere hartnäckige Materialien zu bearbeiten. Es ist die Art von Werkzeug, nach der man greift, wenn es matschig, regnerisch oder kalt ist - und noch viel Arbeit vor einem liegt.
