Kanetsune Seki Knives
Kanetsune Seki is the knife brand of Kitasho Co., Ltd., based in the traditional Japanese blade-making city of Seki. The brand combines the region’s blade-making heritage of more than 800 years with modern production methods. Its range extends from traditional and modern kitchen and Damascus knives to pocket knives and fixed-blade outdoor and utility knives. The blades are made from Japanese carbon steels such as Shirogami as well as modern stainless steels.
