Butterfork focuses on kitchen knives for a variety of cutting tasks, combining functional blade shapes with a clean, modern design. The range includes chef’s knives, bread knives, Nakiri and paring knives as well as multi-piece knife sets.
Butterfork uses corrosion-resistant AR-RPM9 blade steel for many of its models. This steel was developed to provide a balanced combination of sharpness, edge retention, toughness, corrosion resistance and ease of sharpening.
A distinctive feature of the Purest series is its replaceable synthetic handles. They are available in different colours and can be replaced when necessary without having to replace the entire knife. Depending on the model, matching blade sheaths or knife stands are also part of the concept.
The Classic series combines AR-RPM9 blades with ergonomically shaped Pakkawood handles. The different series and blade shapes cover a wide range of everyday tasks when preparing vegetables, bread, meat and other foods.
