Das Endura Lightweight mit FRN Griff wird seit 1990 hergestellt und gehört zu den meistverkauften Messern von Spyderco. Mittlerweile wird die 4 Version des Bestseller gefertigt und diese gilt ohne Umschweife als das beste Endura aller Zeiten. Die Auswahl der möglichen Variationen des Klassikers ist sehr groß. Als Standard wird beim Endura, wie bei den meisten Spyderco Modellen, VG-10 Stahl verwendet. Für High End Liebhaber wird das Endura auch mit ZDP-189 Klingenstahl gefertigt.
Seit einiger Zeit ist das Endura 4 mit Flachschliffklinge neben der Standardgrifffarbe Schwarz auch in Blau, Braun, Grau, Orange, Lila und Grün erhältlich.
