Das White River FC-PKO ist ein vom Puukko inspiriertes Messerdesign mit traditionellem "Scandi"-Schliff. Oben auf der Klinge befindet sich eine Kerbe zum effizienten Anschlagen eines Feuerstahls, welcher im Lieferumfang enthalten ist. Das Messer verfügt über einen Fingerring am Griffende. In der Griffmitte befindet sich eine Aussparung, welche zum Feuerbohren, einer primitiven Methode, Feuer zu entfachen, geeignet ist.
