Das Kochmesser übernimmt das Schneiden und Zerkleinern von Gemüse, Fleisch und weiteren Zutaten. Das schlankere Ausbeinmesser ermöglicht präzise Schnitte beim Parieren und Auslösen von Fleisch sowie beim Filetieren.
