Das Smith & Sons Steak Knife Set bringt die Zusammenarbeit von White River Knives und Smith & Sons an den gedeckten Tisch. Die vier in den USA gefertigten Steakmesser sind für präzise Schnitte durch Steak, Koteletts, Geflügel und andere Speisen ausgelegt. Ihre feine Schneide gleitet kontrolliert durch das Fleisch und hilft dabei, es sauber zu schneiden, statt es beim Zerteilen zu zerreißen.
Die Klingen bestehen aus CPM MagnaCut. Dieser Stahl verbindet hohe Schnitthaltigkeit mit Zähigkeit und guter Korrosionsbeständigkeit - Eigenschaften, die bei regelmäßig genutzten Tischmessern besonders willkommen sind. Die ausgewogene Form und der komfortable Griff unterstützen eine sichere Führung direkt am Teller. Mit einer Klingenlänge von rund 10,2 cm bietet jedes Messer ausreichend Schneide für größere Fleischstücke und bleibt zugleich handlich für feine Schnitte.
