Das White River Knives Step-Up Fillet ist ein Filetiermesser für präzise, kontrollierte Schnitte. Seine besondere Form mit erhöhtem Griff verbessert die Sicht auf die Klinge und schafft zusätzliche Fingerfreiheit über der Arbeitsfläche - besonders hilfreich beim Schneiden dünner Filets.
Die Klinge aus CPM S35VN wird präzisionsgeschliffen, wärme- und tiefkältebehandelt (Kryotechnik) sowie abschließend auf Leder abgezogen. Die robuste Konstruktion mit durchgehendem Erl sorgt für Stabilität, während der strukturierte Griff auch bei Nässe und glitschigen Händen guten Halt bietet. Zum Lieferumfang gehört eine passgenaue Kydex-Scheide zum Schutz der Klinge bei Aufbewahrung und Transport.
